The High Country News is a monthly community news publication with a circulation of 10,000 (9,800 by post to households and approximately 200 to newsstands).

It is mailed FREE to the southwest rural areas from the Calgary city limits to Springbank, Redwood Meadows, Bragg Creek, Priddis, Millarville, R.R.8 & 9, Turner Valley, Black Diamond and Longview.

Distribution is on the second Wednesday of the month, through the postal system classification of ‘community newspaper’ (not consumer’s choice/junk mail).
